The God of Small Things Summary
The story is told from the point of view of Rahel and the now silent Estha, her brother. He knows without anyone telling him that Rahel is there. Everyone tries to impress Sophie and Margaret Kochamma with new clothing, English sayings, and forced upbeat attitudes. He welcomes those who are in fear to find the light of his grace.
